International Online Conference

The 2025 Conference on Contemporary Studies in Management (CoSiM) has been organised by the Institut für gemeinnützige Dienstleistungen gGmbH (Independent Institute for Non-profit Charity Services) under the direction of Professor Dr. Markus A. Launer and his team network, in cooperation with Professor Dr. Faith Cetin from Başkent Üniversitesi in Turkiye. The key topics are the latest research results on Contemporary Studies in Management (CoSiM).

New Format

Extended Abstract

It is imperative to note that an extended abstract (minimum 1000 words, plus references list) is still required for submission. This abstract will be published in a Conference Proceeding in our CoSiM Journal:

Video Presentation

Furthermore, submissions of presentations are to be made in the form of video files, rather than as a PDF. The video can be uploaded to Google Drive. It is important to note that no live presentation will be given. As a new solution, the video will be uploaded to the CoSiM YouTube Channel:

People can watch your video before our CoSiM conference and prepare to interact with you. You can also submit a summary of your presentation as a marketing video. We are happy to help you produce a marketing video for your presentation.

Live Workshops

By submitting an Extended Abstract or a video presentation, you qualify for our live workshops. Our session chairs, moderators and specialists will discuss your results and the latest trends in the respective fields. The Live Workshops themselves will be summarised in a script and a video produced on the basis of Artificial Intelligence.

With this new format, you can improve the quality of your presentation, multiply your contacts and focus on your target audience.

Call for Paper

The Conference invites extended abstracts (+1000 words) and papers (5000-8000 words). All papers will go through a double blind review process. The ethical statement for German research applies. For more information pleased see our Call for Paper (soon).

Conference Fee

For participating at the CoSiM Conference, a Conference Fee of 50 Euro applies. This includes the administration and review of your abstract, double blind review, a feedback to improve your abstract, presentation, and publication in an indexed Conference Proceeding. 

Full paper are 100 Euro. This includes a recommendation to a selected journal. With a double blind review on your full paper, feedback, and a recommendation, you may have better chance to publish in a journal.

Special Support

Some Universities do not support researchers with conference fees, some researchers in developing countries do not have enough funding. You can apply for special support for the conference fee within the Call for Paper Form. Please submit an explanation, why sponsors should support your abstract submission.

Public Online Conference via Zoom

The CoSiM Conference format is online via Zoom. The live Conference will take place November 19-21, 2025 online via Zoom out of Berlin and Suderburg, Germany. It is a public Conference and can be accessed by everyone free of charge. To watch the Conference wait for the Zoom Link to be communicated on tiop of this page about two weeks prior to the conference start.

Conference Proceeding

We will publish all accepted and presented contributions in a conference proceeding. All publication rights remain with you. For aditional publication afterwards in a book or a journal, you need to change the wording and enrich the content (plagiarism). The Conference Proceedings of our former Conferences you find here.
